Financial Reporting Manager (Rosendin)
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for general ledger. The position will also oversee the General Accounting
department.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
• Consolidate monthly financial for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Prepare standard monthly journal entries and monitor account reconciliations
• Ownership in monthly consolidations and have an understanding of multicurrency transactions
• Perform financial statement review and analysis
• Have an understanding of governmental contract requirements
• Assist in annual financial audits along with periodic 3rd party audits
• Other accounting and finance special projects, as needed
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE:
Educational and experience requirements include: Bachelors degree and public accounting experience; CPA
preferred. 3-5 years of financial reporting experience required. Strong background of GAAP requirements. Oracle
ERP knowledge is a plus. Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills required.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
COMMENTS:

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR – Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) seeks an experienced communications director to run a busy press operation. Duties will include: writing press releases, speeches, talking points, and op-eds; pitching stories to reporters; managing incoming media requests; maintaining the website and social media platforms; managing the constituent newsletter content, production, and distribution process; working closely with the legislative staff to better understand policy and create new opportunities for the Member; and planning and implementing strategic communications initiatives. Candidates should have substantive press, communications, and writing experience from fields such as government, media/public relations, and/or journalism. Familiarity with financial services issues and Spanish language proficiency are pluses. We are looking for creative candidates with fresh ideas.

Large, high profile government relations and public affairs firm seeks a highly-organized, energetic and detail-oriented individual for the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO. Candidate must be able to manage and complete multiple challenging tasks on a regular basis. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparing the CEO and Managing Principal’s schedule, arranging travel, providing administrative support and project coordination, and performing daily tasks as assigned. Executive Assistant will work with a team to strategically manage the CEO’s time and interaction with clients and firm principals.

Strong written and oral communication skills, an exacting attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, sense of humor, and flexible hours are a must.
